
Making Sea Moss Gel
- RInse Sea Moss with filtered or spring water. Be sure to remove any visible dirt and debris. Drain and repeat this step once more.
- Soak Sea Moss for 24 hours with filtered or spring water. (Do not use tap water). Make sure all the parts of the sea moss is covered.
- Place the Sea Moss in a high-powered blender along with the same water. Start with 1 cup of water and add more if necessary. Blend until smooth.
- Transfer the Sea Moss Gel into an airtight mason jar, and refrigerate. The gel will thicken in the fridge within 4 hours.
- Your Sea Moss Gel can last up to 4 weeks in the fridge, or up to 3 months in the freezer.
