Shipping Information

Products are made to order. It can take 1-2 days to process. However, once your order has shipped you will receive an email notification regarding your shipping and tracking information.

We use USPS as our preferred carrier. All orders are shipped for a $10 flat rate fee.

If you are local we do offer free delivery. 

Please note that any orders taking more than a day in transit and placed AFTER 12:00 pm EST on Thursday will process on the following week. This is to ensure the freshness and quality of your purchase. Please order your product at least a week before you run out of your current stock. 

Our products such as (Sea Moss Gel, Hydrating Rose Water and Golden Glow Face Mask) are PERISHABLE! Please make sure to refrigerate immediately upon arrival. Please do not ship your order to PO Boxes and holding facilities. M&D cannot be held liable for product spoilage due to PO box holding or mishandling once the order has been delivered.

 

Refund Information

Due to the perishability of our products, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for items ordered.Our products are fresh and requires immediate refrigeration. It is the customer’s responsibility to refrigerate the items after the package arrives. 

Nonetheless, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hrs at mdallnaturalseamossgel@gmail.com. We will send you out a replacement order as soon as possible. If we are not notified within 24 hours of the package being delivered that there is a problem, no replacement will be issued.
